This product is made in Lupita's factory in León, Mexico. Of all the factories we work with, Lupita's is the smallest, with just 22 highly skilled artisans recruited from the sample rooms of León's top manufacturers. Although the factory was establised in 1996, we consider it the "original" Poppy Barley factory, as it became our first small-batch manufacturer in 2012.
